1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda, Brixton Brewery (the “Promoter”), any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.

3. To enter follow @brixtonbrewery and @asda.beers and tag someone in the comments. Share to stories for an extra entry. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, Illegible or delayed will not be accepted.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is midnight on the 4th August 2021 the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 11th August 2021.

6. Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.

7. Prize: 12 cans of Atlantic American Pale Ale

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.

9. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on the 12th August 2021. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram no later than 20th August 2021. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.

11. The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity.

12. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.

13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties enjoyment of the prizes.

14. Prizes are awarded at the promoter’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

15. The Promoter may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, it may provide a winner’s name and the county in which they live in response to a request from a third party. 16. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting winning entrants. Coldharbour Competition – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. The personal data provided by entrants will always only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

  1. Open to UK mainland licensed commercial on-trade operators (excludes NI & ROI), including existing Brixton Brewery Ltd. customers. Over 18s only. One entry per outlet.
  2. To enter email brixtonbrewery@hellostir.com between 00:01 on 16th July 2021 and 23:59 on 6th August 2021 (“Promotion Period”) and provide your full name, email address, mobile number, outlet name, outlet address, outlet type, size of garden in square foot
  3. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. Authorisation from Head Office or building owner to be obtained prior to entry, where required.
  4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of submitted entries due to network failure or for any associated costs to participants.
  5. Winner must be an existing customer of Brixton Brewery serving draught. If the winner is not an existing customer, the winner must agree to commence serving Brixton Brewery on draught for a minimum period of 24 months.
  6. One main prize winner will be chosen at random from all entrants at the end of the Promotion Period, with the winner being chosen by Friday 13th August 2021. Five runner-up prize winners will also be selected at random, on this date.
  7. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of being chosen. The winner will be contacted by phone initially – if there is no response, two further attempts will be made over the course of the following two days and a follow up email will be sent, notifying the winner, asking them to respond within five working days. If no response is received, a further follow-up email will be sent, requesting the winner to respond within the next two working days. If no response has been received following this, another winner will be selected, and the above process will be followed again.
  8. Once contact has been made with the winner, they will receive an email requesting acceptance of the prize and next steps for the prize fulfilment. If for any reason, the winner is not able to accept the prize, a new winner will be selected following the above process. There is no cash alternative.
  9. There is one main prize available to be won at the end of this competition. The prize is; a free site survey to determine the correct sized garden makeover items, free custom branded pergola, windbreakers, beer fridge, photo-wall, outdoor lighting & heaters, Brixton Brewery stock, glassware and bar POS, free installation at a time to suit you.
  10. There are five runner-up prizes available to be won at the end of this competition. The five runner-up prizes each consist of a free delivery of one Coldharbour Lager brand kit including:  1 x Brixton Brewery Coldharbour lager 30L keg, 24 x 330ml Brixton Brewery Reliance Pale Ale, glassware, staff t-shirts and signage.
  11. The main prize winner will be visited by the Promoter to identify the optimal sized garden makeover items. The cost of any structural work required to the outlet to allow the installation of the main prize will need to be met by the winner.
  12. The winners may be announced on the Brixton Brewery website, on social media and in selected trade press titles following the successful fulfilment of the prizes.
  13. The winner may be required to take part in a maximum of two interviews for use on the Promoter’s websites, social media and in trade press (digital and print): (i) shortly after the Agreement has been entered into/post installation; and/or (ii) approximately 3 months after the Agreement has been entered into/post installation on the garden makeover running of their business.
  14. An image of the winner and their outlet may be included by agreement with the winner on the Promoter’s websites, social media and in trade press but this is not a requirement of the competition entry.
  15. The winner may be requested by the Promoter to participate in further publicity during the contract period, but this is not a requirement of the competition entry.
  16. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
  19. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the promotion will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.
  20. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with the prize & the reporting consequence thereof are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  21. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.

The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.brixtonbrewery.com/privacy-policy/). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).

Only open to GB residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Co-op  and any company in the Heineken and Brixton Brewery group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.  Residents of Northern Ireland are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
  • To enter, buy any 330ml can of Brixton in a participating Co-op outlet (subject to availability) from 30 June 2021 to 27 July 2021 and text ‘BRIXTON’ to 82727(standard network rates apply) from 07:00 on 30.06.21 to 23:59 on 27.07.21. Licensing restrictions apply. Co-op terms of purchase apply. Maximum of one entry per person per mobile number, per day. Please retain purchase Co-op receipt as it will be required to validate the qualifying purchase. In store purchases only. Service is at the discretion of the checkout staff. 
  • All entrants will receive an instant bounce back text message response confirming receipt of their entry into the promotion. All text messages are charged at standard text rate. 
  • There are six (6) Brixton Prize Bundles available to be won in total. The prizes will be drawn across one draw where all 6 bundles will be available to be won.

PRIZE TERMS

•            Travel is not included to Brixton Tap Room

•            The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

•            No cash alternative is available.

•            If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize.

•            Winners must supply valid contact details and delivery address for receipt of the prize and the Promoter holds no responsibility for loss or damage of prizes prior to or after delivery.

  • Voucher terms apply and details of voucher must be given when booking.  Voucher is valid until 31st December 2021 and full value must be used in one sitting.  No cash or credit will be given for unused value.  Voucher is valid for purchases on drinks to share with friends. 
  • All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw. The winners will be the first 6 entries drawn at random from all valid entries, by an independent adjudicator on 02.08.2021. Winners will be notified on or before 02.08.21. Winners will be notified via text message to the phone number on which the entry was made. No entrant may win more than one prize. 
  • The winners will have 14 days, starting on the day that the confirmation text is sent to them, to supply a photograph or copy of the relevant receipt to validate their entry and provide their name and address details to receive the prize once validated. The prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot supply a photograph or copy of the relevant receipt. 
  • If the Promoter does not receive the response within the 14 days, a winner rejects the prize or is disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random from all valid entries.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route.  Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. 
  1. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits on all entries and the winners to refuse a prize or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of these terms or any instruction regarding the requirements for participation in the promotion or in the event that a participant would have had an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or would have won by fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding.
  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  1. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part. The Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.  
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control. 
  1. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) that affect or could affect the proper operation of the promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only when the circumstances are that this is unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time, but will always endeavor to minimize the impact on the participant in order to avoid undue disappointment
