We’ve brewed up this rich, smooth and delicious oatmeal porter in collaboration with our friends at Ghost Whale, the renowned bottle shop just around the corner from our arch brewery, and locally roasted cold-brewed Volcano Coffee. We looked around Brixton Market for some flavour inspiration, and sourced two different types of date syrup from Nour’s Cash and Carry to add sweetness and complexity to the brew. This is part of our Ltd Edn range so get it while you can!

This beer was brewed to celebrate Brixton art gallery and artist space Block 336 launching the Bloomberg New Contemporaries exhibition in January 2018, the first time this prestigious event has been held south of the river.
New Contemporaries has been running since 1949, and has been the launchpad of numerous artists, including David Hockney, Dorothy Mead, Damian Hirst and Anish Kapoor. We brewed the beer, a distinctive pale ale, while artists from Block 336 designed the bold, monochrome label.
Just as the New Contemporaries showcases new and emerging artists, we wanted this beer to be all about new hop varietals bringing exciting and fresh flavours to a classic, crisp pale ale. Here’s to the art of a great beer collaboration!

LTD EDN SERIES: The first in our small batch range of experimental beers. It’s what happens when we let our brewing imagination run wild and see where it takes us. So we’re always trying something new, and so are you.
Each batch will be available for a short time only (ltd, even), and when it’s done, we’ll be on to something else. So be quick or it will be gone like the vowels on the labels.
Brewed in collaboration with Norfolk’s Duration Brewing and named for Brixton’s evocative Nuclear Dawn mural, this kettle soured beer has layers within layers of botanical and fruity flavours. Coriander and fennel give way to a sharp sour, mellowed by exotic market fruit.
It’s a power greater than the sum of its parts.
You can read the collaboration story and about the star of the beer, the mural itself, here.
Brewed with local Japanese soul food restaurant Nanban, Market Saison pays tribute to the flavours of Brixton Market, which inspires and influences us both.
It’s an exuberant and refreshing brew – a bit exotic and a bit traditional, packed with spicy, fruity flavours and aromas.

We’ve collaborated with renowned Belgian brewery Brasserie de la Senne to create Brixi Saison, a modern classic saison-style beer. In a further celebration of all that is so exciting about Brixton and beer these days, the striking label design uses the Connect Brixton print designed by EleyKishimoto as part of Brixton Design Week 2015.
You can read more about the collaboration here.
