Defiance Pale Ale says ‘IN YOUR FACE’ to the laws of nature governing the formation of microscopic cross-links between naturally occurring proteins and SMASHES THE STATE of disulphide bonds, to produce this DELICIOUSLY REBELLIOUS BEER. Our beer is hand-crafted in small batches. We like to add a modern twist to traditional brewing styles, using the best ingredients that we can get our hands on, whether sourced from our local markets, or much further afield. The resulting beers are bold, modern, and always perfectly balanced for easy-drinking.
